Please contact us with any issues.  If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 14 days of the date your package was delivered.  Returns must be in the original packaging, please reach out to us so we can get the process started.  3D Printed pieces made in custom colors, and any custom sized ring cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have any issues or need a piece repaired please reach out to us, in most cases we will replace the whole piece!
